Deliveries

Which days does Blends deliver?

Your Blends delivery takes place on either Saturday or Sunday each week, depending on your preference. You can also choose from 3 delivery slots: Morning 9am-1pm, Afternoon 1pm-5pm or Evening 5pm-9pm.

What if I am not home for delivery?

Ideally it would be great if you can be available for the delivery slot selected. However we know sometimes things come up. You can let us know about a change of plans or tell the delivery company when they contact you to adjust delivery timing. Please be aware that this may need to be the following day.

Will my smoothie packs spoil if left outside?

As a general rule our delivery drivers will wish to hand over your box directly so that you can get it straight into the freezer. If you live in an apartment building or have a cool space to leave the box then tell the driver when they contact you and it should be okay for 10-15mins in case you are on the way back home.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi city. Please feel free to email us at info@blends.ae if you'd like to request your location to be added!

What is the order deadline for the week?

As a new customer, orders must be made before Wednesday @ midnight to receive the following Sat/Sun.

For existing customers, please ensure you make your smoothie selections by Wednesday @ midnight. If you forget then don't worry as we will send you a random selection for the week.

Account Management

Is Blends a subscription service?

Yes, Blends is a weekly subscription service, but don't worry we are completely flexible and there is no minimum obligation.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can either pause your subscription via our website. Simply login to your personal account and then go to Dashboard > Click on 'Subscriptions' > Actions > Pause. Once you are ready to restart your deliveries, simply click re-activate. All changes must be made before midnight on Wednesday, prior to the following week’s delivery.

How do I cancel my account?

We are sorry to see you go, but we understand that things come up. To cancel, take the following steps: Go to dashboard > Click on 'Subscriptions' > Actions > Pause > Enter 0 for the number of weeks and click ok.

Can I choose the smoothies I receive?

Yes you can! You can select from our weekly selection of over 25 smoothies covering a wide range of health and nutritional benefits. You can view next weeks menu here.

How long do the smoothies take to prepare?

Here at Blends we know you lead busy lives. As such all our smoothies require minimal preparation. With all the ingredients pre-chopped and packed ready to place into the blender, the most challenging part is choosing whether to add some milk or water depending on how healthy you wish to be that day!

Are the ingredients you use organic?

While we strive to bring you organic produce where possible, our aim is to bring you the freshest produce that meets our high quality standards.

Do I need any ingredients at home?

The only ingredients you need on hand is your choice of liquid to add to your smoothie if required. Such as milk, coconut milk, almond milk or just water!

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

With the flexiblity Blends offers through our wide range of smoothies many dietary requirements can be catered for.
